I currently teach traditional Evidence, Blended Evidence, Traditional Constitutional Criminal Procedure, and sometimes Advanced Criminal Procedure and Trial Advocacy at Southwestern Law School. I will be teaching a Blended Constitutional Criminal Procedure class in January, 2016. I am currently working on the development of that course.
I have a virtual classroom on the Web, thanks to Westlaw, a.k.a.
They sponsor a service called (TWEN) for law professors and law students. I have taught classes for many years using this
service. At present, I only use it for my traditional Constitutional Criminal Procedure class.
I PodCast and VideoCast all of my classes and make available the PowerPoints that accompany the classes in my traditional courses.
For my spring 2015 Evidence Class at Southwestern Law School, go to my Classcaster Blog sponsored by CALI, by clicking here. Most classes are available for listening and/or viewing, including syncronized PowerPoints for most classes.
