Information on Current and Past Courses and My Work with Students
I currently teach traditional Evidence, Blended (Hybrid) Evidence, Traditional Constitutional Criminal Procedure, Blended (Hybrid). In the past I have taught Advanced Criminal Procedure and Trial Advocacy at Southwestern Law School. For a complete list of all my teaching experience, look at my Biography page.
LMS (Learning Management Systems) For many years I used West’s TWEN (The West Education Network) for on-line delivery of my courses. When I began earnestly getting into distance learning, with my blended/hybrid classes, I adopted the Moodle platform. Everything related to the courses I teach are delivered on-line through course pages utilizing Moodle. That includes all course materials such as syllabi, PowerPoint presentations, supplemental material, and the like. I also administer regular quizzes, a mid-term examination, and a final examination via my Moodle course pages.
PODCASTING I PodCast and VideoCast all of my classes and make available the PowerPoints that accompany the classes in all my courses. For my spring 2018 Blended/Hybrid Constitutional Criminal Procedure Class at Southwestern Law School, go to my Classcaster Blog sponsored by CALI, by clicking here. Most classes are available for listening and/or viewing, including narrated PowerPoints for each topic.
